My Journey
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe and connected to your counselor. During my undergraduate years of college, I saw my own counselor and found this experience to be very meaningful. Now it is my goal to help you achieve your goals, become the best version of yourself, and move through life with as much clarity, purpose, and ease as possible.
I take a person-centered approach and utilitze a variety of counseling techniques such as Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. My areas of specialty include life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, men's issues, spirituality, addiction, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, OCD and ADD/ADHD.

I treat adolescents 12-17, as well as adults. I will also see children 9-11 on a case by case basis.
I am very empathetic and non-judgemental. I have a sense of humor but take the opportunity to be your counselor very seriously. I am very passionate about helping you grow and I cherish every opportunity to meet with a client!
